DW Wellness Ltd via The DW Network collects the following data: e Personal identification information (first name, last name, age range, email address, city, town and country of residence) Professional indentification information (profession, role, level of experience, expertise), Interest (fitness, wellness, online services).
How do we collect your data? You directly provide DW Services with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you: e Register online or place an order for any of our products or services. e Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
